The dosage table on all our packs, as shown, takes into account the water hardness in your area and the soil level of your clothes. Using too little detergent can cause poor cleaning results. In addition, dirt or hard water deposits may build up and damage your machine. Using too much detergent is uneconomical and increases the risks of machine over-foam and poor rinsing of clothes.
To get best results, use your Surf scoop (it should be in your carton) to measure the powder before adding to the machine. Throw in your clothes, don’t forget to sort... then start the machine and let it do its work.
